Passcode: Enable and set a meeting passcode as desired. Click the “Personal Room” tab at the top of the page. Click “Meetings” from the list on the left. Review your security configuration to prevent unauthorized participants from entering your Personal Meeting Room, especially if you are not present:. Because your Personal Meeting Room has a static ID number, it is important to use care when sharing it to participants PMIs should never be shared publicly. Zoom recommends following these guidelines to safely and securely use your Personal Meeting Room: 
Your participants can then click the link to join your personal meeting immediately. You can then copy and paste your PMI URL into an invite or message to your participants.

To raise your hand in a meeting or webinar: Prerequisites for using the raise hand feature in a webinar or meeting Note: If you're the host, you can also disable the raise hand feature and manage webinar participants and meeting participants that raise their hands. For example, many webinar hosts use this feature to know if an attendee has a question and would like to be unmuted to speak. As a host, it may be helpful to inform your participants how you would like to use this feature at the start of the meeting or webinar. 
The raise hand feature in meetings and webinars allows meeting participants, attendees, panelists, co-hosts, and the host to raise their hands to indicate that they need something from the host, co-host, or other panelists.
